Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt Gen – Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry says that India is claiming that Pakistan had attacked with missiles and drones, provide evidence if India is claiming to have captured a Pakistan Air Force pilot, then bring it. During an interview with foreign media when discussing the damage on both sides on the Line of Control, DG ISPR said that India is shelling with artillery, mortars and other heavy weapons, unfortunately India is deliberately targeting innocent civilians, in retaliation, Pakistan is targeting Indian military targets, I am referring to Indian posts on the LoC.
According to DG ISPR in 21st century wars when somebody is attacked by use of the particular target, there is clear evidence, said DG ISPR. Indian media is misleading the world when claiming false stories without evidence. When Pakistan responds using self-defense, the world shall view. There will be no need to address the Indian media if the Pakistan makes move in defense.
He said India has nothing to prove with regard to the Pahalgam attack on Pakistan. Indian tactics of using terrorist incidents for political purposes have to be stopped. Pakistani government proposed to India an impartial investigation of the incident in the Pahalgam region. India refused the offer of a fair investigation. Without any evidence of Pahalgam attack, India struck six different locations targeting mosques and civilian population.
DG ISPR said innocent children, women and elderly citizens were attacked by the Indian troops. India played the same stale rhetoric of the existence of jihadist organizations to attack Pakistan. Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry said that Pakistan has strongly dismissed the Indian baseless allegations, Pakistan does not even demand to put forth evidences before the impartial Investigation Committee if India is linking the Pahalgam attackers with Pakistan then where is the evidence for this? India cannot be allowed to become its own court, judge and executioner. Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry announced that the Indian army is attacking innocent civilians from the LoC, the Pakistan is attacking Indian posts with small arms on self-defense, Pakistan hadn’t carried out any drone or rocket attack, India’s fabricated propaganda was completely baseless with no evidence.
